Benefits of exercise is huge. Men aged between 30 and 50 years are often not very physically active because they are busy with work and family commitments. Lack of physical exercise is linked to a range of health problems including obesity, heart disease and some of cancer.
Most common reasons given by men not being physically active are insufficient time because of work on family commitments, lack of interest and ongoing injuries or illness. Any physical exercise is better than no physical exercise. The general recommendation is that you should aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical exercise on most days. Aerobic exercise appears to have a slightly greater affect on blood pressure in hypertensive individuals than individuals without hypertension.

Reduce risk of stroke: Research data indicates that moderate and high levels of physical activity may reduce the risk of total ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes.

Weigh control: Regular exercise helps to reduce and maintain a healthy weight. If you take more calories than needed in a day, exercise off sets a caloric overload and controls body weight. It speeds the rate of energy use, resulting in increased metabolism. When metabolism increases through exercise you will maintain the faster rate for longer periods of a day.
