When students exercises it gives them
control over their body image and not only makes them feel better about
themselves but also makes them more active and a better well-being. Vigorous
physical activity (exercise) may help protect against the development of psychological
problems.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that young people aged 6-17 years participate in at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily. But it is difficult for the student to participate 60 minutes exercise at a time is very difficult because they spent most of their time in school and doing home work. To solve these problems we are giving some tips for students exercises to cover that 60 time limit.
Regular physical activity in childhood and teenage time
improves strength and endurance, helps build healthy bones and muscles. It also
helps to control over weight, reduces anxiety and stress. Physical exercise also
increases self-esteem and also helps to improve blood pressure and cholesterol
level when you grow older.

- Helps reduce the risk or developing obesity and chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and colon cancer.
- Reduces feeling of depression and anxiety and promotes psychological well-being.
- May help improve students academic performances, including – Academic achievement and grades. Academic behavior, such as time to task. Factors that influence academic achievement, such as concentration and attentiveness in the classroom.

- During lunch break do not sit one place walk and talk with your friends or take part in soccer, cricket, basketball or any game you like.
- Climb stairs instead of using lifts or escalators.
- Take part in school or college sports competition.
When you are back from the school
or college you can do many simple work that will help you as a alternative of
exercise, These are –
- Take your dog for a long walk.
- Go dancing with your friend.
- Find some space in your neighborhood and you can play some games like cycling, basket ball etc.
- You can swim at the local pond or in a swimming pool.
- You cam make a beautiful garden at your backyard.
- You can go hiking with your parents or friends during vacation.
- You can run early in the morning at your local park.
